When will I receive my products?

For Photologos:

We have a 4, 3, 2, or 1 business day delivery depending on the package you selected. Deliveries happen from Monday to Friday, except on Christmas and New's Year Day, if they fall on a week-day.

For Revisions:

Revisions follow the same timeframe of your Photologo, except if the designer needs more information or we need your help to confirm any details. In those cases, we'll wait until we receive your reply to proceed with any changes, to guarantee we provide exactly what you are looking for.

For add-ons:

There is a 2-3 business days delivery timeframe for our add-ons, as some products (such as Ultimate Signature Kit) may require a bit more time to be produced.

You will always be notified once an item is ready!
