What happens after I place my order?

Once you have purchased your order here, our team receives it with the details you completed on your briefing. This is sent to one of our designers based on the package and services you have selected, from here:

1. Designer will review the information and create a design for your review. We provide one starting concept by default, unless you have the Executive Pack, where we send 2.
2. The designer sends this concept as a preview file for your review, this will be forwarded by email and also on your Photologo account:

a. You can reply approving the design.
b. You can request a revision by sharing your feedback, or by completing the revision form available at your account.

3. If you approve it, our team will send you the files as soon as possible. If you requested a revision, it goes back to your designer and they rework the logo for you. If you have add-ons with your purchase, these will be made once the Photologo is approved.
