How to use my Photologo in Gmail
To add it to your Gmail email signature:
- Open Gmail and click the Gear Icon in the top-right corner. After, click on “See all settings".
- Scroll down, and you will see a field called “Signature”. Here you can customize your email signature, create a new one, or edit an existing signature.
- To add the logo, click on the “Insert Image” button, it is an icon that looks like a portrait.
- You can add through a URL (must be a public image), your Drive, or Upload from your Device if you have your Photologo file on your computer.
- Click “Select a file from your device” and navigate to your Photologo folder, then select and upload your signature. We recommend using the black low-res file.
- Once inserted, click on the white space in the editing box. Since the signature is bigger than the editing space, it will now show completely. Once you click on the white space, it will give you the size options for your Photologo right under the image.
- Just finish tweaking it, then scroll down and click “Save Changes”. Now you just need to select your new signature when sending an e-mail.
