Adding your Photologo to an image

Photologos are delivered in PNG format with a transparent background, which allows it to be added seamlessly to your photos. To do so, you will need an app that allows you to watermark or overlay an image.

Some options are Photoshop, Photopea, Lightroom, Aperture, Luminar, Canva, among many more. We also provide a free watermark tool for customers. Below we have a link with tutorials, as well as steps on how to use our watermark tool:

To use the Watermark Studio on our new platform, just follow these steps:

1. Log in here: https://my.photologo.co/login
2. Once you log in, the Watermark Studio can be found on the left-hand menu, under "Utilities".
3. Click on it, and once it loads, you can upload the photo by clicking the "Choose Image" option.
4. To add your logo, click "Select Photologo" to select the file from your device, at the bottom of the image.
5. Once you have adjusted it to your taste, just download the new watermarked photo;

How to find my products?

Every product that you purchased is available for your download in your Photologo account.

Log in to your Photologo account with the email address that you used to order Photologo products.

My Photologo Account

If you did not create a password yet, enter your email address and an auto-login link will be sent to your email address within a few seconds. Kindly note that, for safety, this link expires after a few minutes.

Once you are in, you can find your orders by clicking the "View my Orders" option. In the new page, simply click on top of the order to open the details and access your files.

From here, you can immediately download or ask for a revision.

Adding your Animated Photologo as your Email Signature

In order to add your Animated Photologo to your email siganture , we recommend checking with your e-mail provider if they support animated files. Adding a GIF on an email signature will follow the same process of adding a regular image file, as GIF is an image format with movement. However, many providers do not support GIF files and the animation will not play at all. Unfortunately, this is not something we can fix, as it depends fully on the providers to add animations.

For Outlook:

Open Outlook on your PC.
Click the File tab.
Select Options from the sidebar.
Click Mail and then find the Signatures section under Create or modify signatures for messages.
Click New under Select signature to edit.
Name the signature and click OK.
Click the image icon and find your chosen image.
Click Insert.
Drag the middle or corners of the images to resize or press OK to add the signature.
Press OK again to save.

Animated Gifs will not work in preview but will work in Safari (if they are small ones) and TextEdit.

Once your Animated Photologo gets delivered to your account, it will be delivered in the .zip file with 4 video files included, with transparent background

In order for you to open them, you will have to first unzip the files and once you do that, you need to use a software that supports .MOV and .GIF files.

We highly recommend VLC Player which can be downloaded and used for free.

For usage with videos, you can use many different video editing apps, such as InShot and CapCut for mobiles, or Clipchamp, iMovie, DaVinci Resolve, among others for desktops/laptops.

Please note that Animated Photologo is being delivered on a transparent background. **If the software that you are using has a black background, you will not be able to see a black version of your Animated signature. Same thing with the white version of your Animated signature if the background of the software is white. **
