Adding your Photologo to an image is pretty simple!

**Photologo is being delivered in the .PNG file which gives real flexibility in its usage. **

In order for you to add your Photologo to an image, you will need a Photo-editing software.

We recommend using Photoshop, LightRoom, Corel PSP, Luminar or Aperture, but you can also find Free softwares abailable on the internet that support .PNG files.

How to find my products?

Accepted Answer

Every product that you purchased is available for your download in your Photologo account.

Log in to your Photologo account with the email address that you used to order Photologo products.

My Photologo Account

Select the Order ID of your Photologo product
Click "Track"

Once a new page opens up, you will be able to see all products that you purchased available for your download.

At the center of the screen, you can see a preview of the Photologo siganture.

Left side of your Photologo signature is a place where you can find all other products that you purchased - Photologo Extras

Click on the dropdown menu, and navigate through your products.

From here, you can immediately download or ask for a revision.

Adding your Photologo to documents

When adding your Photologos to documents, you can use it to sign documents or to insert it as an image.

How to sign a PDF document?

Open the PDF file in Adobe Acrobat Reader.
Click on Fill & Sign in the Tools pane on the right.
Click Sign, and then select Add Signature.
A popup will open, giving you three options—Type, Draw, and Image. Once you’re done, click the Apply button.
Drag, resize and position the signature inside your PDF file.

How to sign a Word document?

Move your cursor to the area you want to sign in the Word document.
Select the Insert tab.
Select the Text group and open the Signature Line list.
Click Microsoft Office Signature Line and the Signature Setup dialogue box should appear.
Input the appropriate data – in your case, click the add an image option to select your Photologo – and tick the boxes if required (if you are signing these will be your details). Click OK.
Right-click the signature field and type your name or upload an image of your signature.

Adding your Animated Photologo as your Email Signature

In order to add your Animated Photologo to your email siganture , we recommend checking with your e-mail provider if they support animated files. When it comes to sending animated gifs – each email client that supports HTML format will do. If you send your message in plain text, it will not do. Either because of your recipient’s email client version or because of non-default settings, the animated gif might not be animated at all.

For Outlook:

Open Outlook on your PC.
Click the File tab.
Select Options from the sidebar.
Click Mail and then find the Signatures section under Create or modify signatures for messages.
Click New under Select signature to edit.
Name the signature and click OK.
Click the image icon and find your chosen image.
Click Insert.
Drag the middle or corners of the images to resize or press OK to add the signature.
Press OK again to save.

For MAC:

Animated Gifs will not work in preview but will work in Safari (if they are small ones) and TextEdit.

Go to Mail/Preferences then select the Signature tab. You will see a Plus (add) button below the middle pain, select it

Once your Animated Photologo gets delivered to your account, it will be delivered in the .zip file with 4 video files included, with transparent background

High-resolution .MOV logo animation in black color
High-resolution .GIF logo animation in white color
High-resolution .GIF logo animation in black color

In order for you to open them, you will have to first unzip the files and once you do that, you need to use a software that supports .MOV and .GIF files.

We highly recommend VLC Player which can be downloaded and used for free.

Please note that Animated Photologo is being delivered on a transparent background. **If the software that you are using has a black background, you will not be able to see a black version of your Animated signature. Same thing with the white version of your Animated signature if the background of the software is white. **
