My Tracking link is not working
If you are having difficulties to log in to your Photologo account, or you are seeing an error when following the tracking link that is delivered to your email, please follow these steps:
- Visit the password reset page
- Enter the email address that you used to order your Photologo and request a password reset change
- Now, you will receive an email from us with the link where you can set up your new password.
- Once you confirm the new password, visit the Photologo account log in page and enter your credentials.
