# I can't log in to my Photologo account

If you are having issues logging in, kindly check the following:

###### Correct login website:

For purchases after June 2025, the login link is: https://my.photologo.co/login

For purchases before June 2025, the login link is: https://legacy.market.photologo.co/

###### Wrong email or password:

Double-check if the e-mail has no typos and the password is correct (capslock or numlock turned on/off can be inserting the wrong combination). Also, if you use autofill, it may be adding the incorrect or wrong e-mail/password.

| If you have not created a password yet, it will not ask for your password, it will send a temporary auto-login link to your email address.

###### Expired login link:

When a password is not set, an auto-login link is sent. This expires within a few minutes and becomes invalid if you request a new one. You can request a new one when adding your email to the login page and make sure to access the link in the most recent message sent after you request it.

###### Spam folder:

Check your spam or junk folder for the login link. In some cases, it may be sent there by mistake. Confirm that the email address is from Photologo, or emails always end in photologo.co.

If you are not sure of the email you used for the account, feel free to contact our support team and we'll check for you. Provide the possible emails and the order number.
