Adding your Photologo to documents
When adding your Photologos to documents, you can use it to sign documents or to insert it as an image.
How to sign a PDF document?
- Open the PDF file in Adobe Acrobat Reader.
- Click on Fill & Sign in the Tools pane on the right.
- Click Sign, and then select Add Signature.
- A popup will open, giving you three options—Type, Draw, and Image. Once you’re done, click the Apply button.
- Drag, resize and position the signature inside your PDF file.
How to sign a Word document?
- Move your cursor to the area you want to sign in the Word document.
- Select the Insert tab.
- Select the Text group and open the Signature Line list.
- Click Microsoft Office Signature Line and the Signature Setup dialogue box should appear.
- Input the appropriate data – in your case, click the add an image option to select your Photologo – and tick the boxes if required (if you are signing these will be your details). Click OK.
- Right-click the signature field and type your name or upload an image of your signature.
